Voraussetzung ist, dass das E-Bike frei von Gebrauchsspuren und Verschmutzungen ist und sämtliches Zubehör sowie die Originalverpackung vollständig und unbeschädigt beiliegen.

Für alle Volkeep E-Bikes gilt eine einjährige All-Inclusive-Garantie unseres Herstellers für den Erstbesitzer bei allen Herstellungsfehlern.
Verbrauchsmaterialien und Zubehörteile (z. B. Bremsbeläge, Reifen, Schläuche, Batterien oder Ladegeräte) sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
Die einjährige Garantiezeit beginnt mit dem Erhalt des Produkts durch den Erstbesitzer.
